the staff are very helpful people at the reception desk. the hotel is situated in the central location in the restaurant which was like a floating glass mezzanine in a barn for sunday lunch. and it's nestled in a lovely building near to the beer garden as well as one of the many cute cafes in frome.

Delightful and clean place, accommodating staff at the reception desk. Magnificent and unbeatable location not too far from St Mary The Virgin. Positioned in the great area, really close to Frome, the restaurant with two kids and centre of town. Good for a long weekend.

Its rooms are immaculately clean with roll top baths. The hotel offers marvellous and lovely location not very far from Frome downtown.

We ate at a very warm restaurant for both meals we ate there.

The breakfast was fresh and lovely and included.

Helpful staff and great food, but low ceilings could be an issue.

We had a lovely family stay with our grandchild, and one of our highlights was visiting the magical mirror maze nearby. It was such a fun and enchanting experience that kept everyone entertained! The food in the restaurant was also fantastic.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the bar was quite disruptive for our night's sleep.

The loud bar music was a bit like a surprise drum solo at bedtime-definitely not the lullaby I had in mind!

The room was gorgeous, especially the roll-top bath. The complimentary ear plugs were a lifesaver with the street noise!

Quaint character hotel in a central location, decorated tastefully to match its style. Enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients. The bathroom had a fun, large metal bath, though it emptied rather noisily. Some maintenance was lacking, with peeling paint and stained carpets, which could really use attention for a better experience.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and the warm welcome. The staff even helped me retrieve forgotten items during my first visit. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'll be back soon!
